 The ZASP-TKN-ASAP-STATE, ZASP-TKN-ASAP-LASTSTATE, and ZASP-TKN-
ASAP-OBJECTNAME tokens were added to:
o Data-Portion Tokens
o 4000:ZASP-EVT-STATE-DOWN-MSG
o 4001: ZASP-EVT-STATE-UP-MSG
 The effect was updated for Message 1754
