Cause. The Monitor could not collect PCB information.
Effect. A zero value was returned rather than the PCB statistics values.
Recovery. The FILEINFO system call returned this error. For corrective action for the
specified error code, see the Operator Messages Manual or the Guardian Procedure
Errors and Messages Manual .
