ALTER SU Command
ALTER SU Command
The ALTER SU command is used to change a subdevice modifier. This command
changes only the specified modifiers of the subdevice. ALTER SU is a sensitive
command.
Command Syntax for the ALTER SU Command
The ALTER SU command has the following syntax:
SU subdevice-name
designates the subdevice to be altered. If you omit subdevice-name, the
assumed subdevice is altered (see the SCF Reference Manual for G-Series RVUs
or SCF Reference Manual for H-Series RVUs for details about the ASSUME
command).
attribute-spec
designates the modifier(s) to be altered.
Modifier Set for the ALTER SU Command
The modifier set for ALTER SU is one or more of the following modifier name and
value combinations. Modifiers are described in Section 4, Printer Profiles and Default
Modifiers, and Section 5, Terminal Profiles and Default Modifiers.
