Printer Modifiers
NORESETONOPEN
This modifier directs the system to not reset the following parameters to their default
values whenever an application process accesses the serial printer:
If you don’t specify this option, an application can alter these parameters the first time it
accesses the serial printer. Specifically, if you specify SPACINGNONE or
SPACINGPRE, you should protect this setting by specifying this modifier to prevent the
ATP6100 subsystem and other applications from changing it to SPACEPOST.
NOREVTPAUSE
This modifier disables the reverse transmit pause flow-control handshake.
NOSISO
This modifier prevents 8-bit characters from being transmitted in a 7-bit code
communications environment.
