Terminal Modifiers
For ETXFLOW, DELAYTIME n designates the interval that the system waits for an
acknowledgment before it returns a NOT READY error to the application program.
DEVPROT
This modifier specifies the protocol for the subdevice and should not be altered.
DEVRSIZE n
This modifier allows you to specify a record size for a specific subdevice connected to
the line interface unit (LIU).
DEVSUBTYPE n
This modifier allows you to specify a subtype for a specific subdevice connected to the
line interface unit (LIU).
The default DEVSUBTYPE specified by each profile is listed below.
DEVTYPE n
This modifier allows you to specify the device type for a specific subdevice connected
to the line interface unit (LIU).
Application: SWAN/SWAN 2 concentrator
Default: 0
Application: All terminals
Default: Terminal profiles: n = 80, except n = 132 for 6603 and 6604 profiles
Units: Characters (bytes)
Range: 1 through 4095
Application: All terminals
