Terminal Modifiers
SPACINGNONE
This modifier specifies that the system does not add a CR and an LF character to the
line of text sent to the terminal.
SPACINGPOST
This modifier specifies that the system is to add a CR and an LF character to the end
of a line of text sent to the terminal.
SPACINGPRE
This modifier specifies that the system is to add a CR and an LF character to the front
of a line of text sent to the terminal.
STARTBOOT
This modifier specifies that, when the system is loaded, the LIU is not automatically
downloaded but is left in the boot state. This modifier must be used with
STARTDOWN.
If the terminal being configured is to be used as a backup system-load terminal,
STARTBOOT and STARTDOWN must not be specified in the event that the OSP fails.
STARTDOWN
This modifier specifies that, when the system is loaded, the LIU is not logically started
but is left in the stopped state. This modifier must be used with STARTBOOT.
If the terminal being configured is the backup system-load terminal, STARTBOOT and
STARTDOWN must not be specified.
