CTS flow control is available only for ATP6100 subdevices. The
CTSFLOW SYSGEN modifier turns on CTS flow control. You can
change the SYSGEN default by including the CTSFLOW attribute in
the CMI ALTER SU command. When CTS flow control is selected,
CSSPRINT monitors the CTS signal. When CTS is low, CSSPRINT
waits to transmit until the signal goes high.
For ATP6100, the ETXFLOWCHAR SYSGEN modifier allows you to
specify a character to be used for termination of read opera-
tions. You can change the SYSGEN default by including the
ETXFLOWCHAR attribute in a CMI ALTER SU command.
Transmit pause (TPAUSE) and reverse transmit pause (REVTPAUSE)
allow a buffered RS-232 subdevice to delay transmission of data
from the controller so the device can empty its buffer. For
TPAUSE, the device must raise its secondary received line signal
