START SUBSYS Command
START SUBSYS Command
The START SUBSYS command initiates the specified SUBSYS object and puts it in
the STARTED state.
Command Syntax
OUT file-spec
causes any SCF output generated for this command to be directed to the specified
file.
SUBSYS subsys-name
specifies the name of the SUBSYS to be started.
Considerations
•
When you use the START SUBSYS command, the object should be in the
STOPPED summary state.
•
Use the STATUS SUBSYS command to verify successful completion of the START
SUBSYS command.
Example
This example shows the START SUBSYS command:
