reason
specifies the reason the object became unavailable.
state
in the previous state field, state specifies the state the object was in before
becoming unavailable. In the current state field, state specifies the state of the
object after it became unavailable.
manager name
specifies the ASM.
text
provides additional information about the event.
Cause. An SCF ABORT command was successfully processed or the ATM subsystem
internally aborted the object.
Effect. The ATM subsystem cannot access the object.
Recovery. None. This is an informational event.

Cause. An SCF START LINE command failed to enable ILMI ATM address
registration.
Effect. The line between the adapter and the switch is not operable.
Recovery.
1. Check that the ATM switch is configured to use ILMI address registration.
2. Reset the connection between the ATM switch and adapter card, or reset the ATM
switch port.
3. Use SCF ALTER LINE to manually provide the ATM address.
