ABORT ATMSAP Command
ABORT ATMSAP Command
The ABORT ATMSAP command terminates the operation of an ATMSAP and places
the ATMSAP object in the STOPPED summary state.
This is a sensitive command.
Command Syntax
OUT file-spec
causes any SCF output generated for this command to be directed to the specified
file.
ATMSAP atmsap-name
specifies the name of the ATMSAP to be aborted. The ATMSAP name has the
form $AM1.#IP.
Considerations
•
All SVCs established to the access point are released.
•
All PVCs are unbound.
•
ATM clients cannot register the ATMSAP object.
Example
This example shows the ABORT ATMSAP command:
-> ABORT ATMSAP $AM1.#IP
ABORT [/OUT file-spec/ ] ATMSAP atmsap-name
