ADD ADAPTER Command
Command Syntax
OUT file-spec
causes any SCF output generated for this command to be directed to the specified
file.
ADAPTER adapter-name
specifies the name to be assigned to the adapter. Adapter names have the form
$adapter-name, where adapter-name consists of up to three alphanumeric
characters with a leading alphabetic character, for example, $AM1. The name of
the adapter also defines the name of the ATM LINE.
This attribute is required.
ACCESSLIST cpu-list
specifies the CPUs from which the ADAPTER is made accessible. The list may
consist of a single CPU number, a list of CPU numbers separated by commas
enclosed in parenthesis, or the keyword ALL indicating the ADAPTER is accessible
from all CPUs in the system. For each CPU specified in the list, an AMP process is
created to run in the CPU.
This attribute is required.
