h. Week From/Week To: Specify the week interval for which the reports are to be generated. This option
is available if the Weekly option is selected in the Report Type field.
i. Month From/Month To: Specify the month for which the reports are to be generated. This option is
available if the Monthly option is selected in the Report Type field.
4. Click on the Submit button to view the Reports Group. The Reports Group name and the number of views
available can be seen at the top right corner of the screen. If the Reports Group has multiple reports, use
the Next View and the Previous View buttons to access the reports.

NOTE: You can export the reports as a PNG file using the Save as Image icon. Use the Export to Excel icon to
export the report on your system as an Excel file. Click on the Print icon to print the reports.
