b. Select the Use a query to specify the data to transfer option when you want to specify an SQL query
result set data to be exported into the text file. Click on the Next button.
The Type SQL Statement screen is displayed. You can either write an SQL query manually in the Query
statement box, or use the Query Builder button to automatically build the query using a wizard.

Click on the Parse button to check if the query is syntactically correct. To import an SQL script file, use
the Browse button.
Click on the Next button to continue.
6. The Select destination file format screen is displayed. Use this screen to specify the text file attributes and
click on the Next button to continue.
