After logging in to the ATM/TA web interface, in case the web page displays the message “No stats
available” then restart the ATM Statgen service. This can be because there is no data in the STATINFO table
in the ATMTA database.
7-14 User Unable to Install ATM Transaction Analyzer Services
In case if the ATM/TA services do not get installed on your system after installing ATM Transaction Analyzer, you
need to install them manually using command prompt.
NOTE: Installing a software package involves copying the services to the bin folder where ATM/TA files are
stored by default and installing them in the Windows Service Manager as well.
Write the following commands in the command prompt to install the following services:
• Installing ATMLogger.exe
C:\Program Files\HP SST\ATM Transaction Analyzer\bin>atmlogger.exe –install
• Installing ATMMon.exe
C:\Program Files\HP SST\ATM Transaction Analyzer\bin>atmmon.exe –install
• Installing ATMStatgen.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727>installutil "C:\Program
Files\HP SST\ATM Transaction Analyzer\bin\atmstatgen.exe"
• Installing ATMMaintain.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727>installutil "C:\Program
Files\HP SST\ATM Transaction Analyzer\bin\atmmaintain.exe"
• Installing ATMStatAdj.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727>installutil "C:\Program
Files\HP SST\ATM Transaction Analyzer\bin\atmstatadj.exe"
• Installing CommandControl.exe
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727>installutil "C:\ProgramFiles\HP
SST\ATM Transaction Analyzer\bin\commandcontrol.exe"
• Installing ATMRecovery.exe
C:\Program Files\HP SST\ATM Transaction Analyzer\bin>atmrecovery –install
NOTE: The above error will occur only when you install the ATM Transaction Analyzer package using
Windows Authentication mode.
