Parameter Description
SET SERVICE NODE Specifies the HP NonStop node name.
SET SERVICE HOST Specifies the IP address or domain name of the host.
SET SERVICE IPADDR Specifies the IP address of the host.
SET SERVICE PORT Specifies the port used for remote elink.
SET SERVICE PROVIDER Specifies the types of service provided by the backend.
The value is ATM.
ADD SERVICE Add the above configuration parameters to the elink.
The value is #ELINK
NOTE: You can establish N number of remote connections by specifying the set of N number of remote
connection parameters in Elink.cfg file.
NOTE: If a Configuration Parameter is specified with some value in the .INI file then it will consider the given
value. If the parameter is not specified, the default value will be considered. To specify a “no value” for a
parameter, add the corresponding parameter in the file and remove its value. This will update the stats table
with the blank value for the corresponding parameter. For example if the value of "Reversal Transaction Codes
= " in the .INI file, then "No Values" will be considered for Reversal Transaction Codes.
NOTE: The Configurable Codes in the .ini files will support alphanumeric values from this release onwards.
The codes should be given accordingly in full format as they are inserted in the database.
