a. Select the Conditional Operator using the corresponding drop-down box.
b. The next step is to select the Field on which the condition has to be applied. The fields available in the
drop-down list depend on the Query Table selected for the query.
c. Use the Operator box to select the operator. The options available are '=' (Equal to) and '!=' (Not
Equal to).
d. Specify the Value in the corresponding box. In case value(s) for the selected field is available in the
database, they will be displayed as a drop-down list in the Value box.
e. To use the condition specified in the filter, select the check-box at the beginning of the condition.
f. Click on the Add button to add the condition to the filter. You can add multiple conditions in a filter.
g. You can use the Description field to specify a filter description.
Defining a Custom Filter
Type the filtering criteria in the Filter box. You can add multiple conditions in a filter.
For example:
recordtype='01'
and termFIID='EGLO'
and authProcess='PMBA'
and transid='7852311'
and termFIID LIKE ‘E%’
You can use the Description field to specify a filter description.
NOTE: The <, >, <=, and >= expressions can also be used with the custom filter.
NOTE: The format supported for datetime fields is “YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS”.
10. Select the Is Default check box to make the filter appear as a default one.
11. Click on the Save button to save the filter. You can select the new filter created to be used for the query
using the Filter drop-down box.
12. Click on the Start Query button. The transactions matching your query will be displayed in pages. Each
query result page will show a maximum of 25 transactions by default. The query result can also be sorted.
To display the next page click on the Next link on the top right corner of the page.
