Step 4: Synchronizing the Local and Server User Databases
In most cases, the local and server user databases should synchronized. You synchronize
the local and server databases using the User Database dialog box as shown in
Figure 7-7
.

Step Action Comments
1. Click the All option button if you
want to synchronize all the users in
the list.
Click the Select option button if you
want to select specific users to be
synchronized.
To select multiple users to be
synchronized, click the first name to be
synchronized, then hold down the Shift
key and click the last name to be
synchronized. Every name between the
two entries is highlighted.
To select users from different places on the
list, hold down both the Ctrl and Alt keys
and select entries.
Default: The Select option is enabled.
2. Click Synchronize. The user databases are synchronized.
3. Click OK.
