Cloning a Module Configuration

To copy configuration information from one module to another, choose Clone... from the

Module-Specific menu for the module whose configuration you want to copy. The Clone

Module dialog box is displayed as shown in Figure 14-7

Step Action Description

1. Choose the module whose

configuration you want to copy

from the Module To Clone drop-

down list box.

2. Choose the target module from the

Modules Available for Cloning

drop-down list box.

You can only clone modules of the same type.

For example, you cannot clone a 16-port

asynchronous module to an 8-port modem

module. If you only have one port module

installed, or if you do not have two identical

port modules installed, you cannot use this

feature.

3. Click OK.
