Viewing Port I/O Activity

To view input/output (I/O) activity for a port, choose View from the Port-Specific menu

and then select Statistics. The Port I/O Activity screen is displayed as shown in

Figure 14-11

Frame, parity, and overrun errors are displayed in the Errors area. The number of bytes

sent and received are displayed in the Bytes area. To reset the statistics to zero, click

Reset. To exit the Port Connect/Disconnect Activity Screen, click Close.

Note. Term Type 6530 activity is not reported on the Port I/O Activity screen. See Appendix C,

Command Line Interface (CLI) Commands and the CLI commands Show Port Status and

Show Port Count for information about 6530 activity.
