Updating the Boot Code
9. Change the communications speed on your PC to match the transfer rate you
selected in Step 8, save the new setting, and then press the Esc key.
10. Press the Esc key to return to the Bootblock Menu. If the display is garbled, press
the Esc key again until a clear display is shown.
11. Select option 10 (for Software Update) and press the Enter key. The Software
Update menu shown in Figure 14-25
is displayed for runtime code versions later
than V3.1.5C11.

12. Type bootblock_dl at the prompt and press the Enter key. You are prompted to
verify the boot code update, as follows:
Update Bootblock... Are you sure [y/n]?
