Problem Reporting
•
All cables and adapter hoods from the AWAN access server to the asynchronous
terminal, modem, or workstation.
If you are experiencing problems with a serial printer connection, provide the following
additional information:
•
The version of FASTPTCP installed on the Himalaya NonStop server.
•
A copy of the FASTCNFG file on the Himalaya NonStop server.
•
A copy of the SPLCONF file on the Himalaya NonStop server.
•
The Telnet service settings (Telnet dialog box).
•
The Access, Term Type, Speed, Char Size, and Flow Control settings used on the
Adv. Line tab dialog box for the port.
