Port Advanced Line Commands
Show Telnet Listener Command
Use this command to display information about a Telnet service.
tcp-port
is a TCP port number in the range 2001 to 2064. If a TCP port number is specified,
information is displayed for that port only. If a TCP port number is not specified,
information is displayed for all TCP ports.
Port Advanced Line Commands
Define Port Access Command
Use this command to specify the type of sessions allowed for the port:
port-list
specifies the physical port or ports on the AWAN access server. If this parameter is
omitted, the current port is assumed.
None
is used to disable the port or ports.
Dynamic
is used for asynchronous terminal and modem connections. Sessions may be started
from the device or from a remote host.
Local
is used for asynchronous terminal and modem connections. Sessions may be started
only from the device.
Remote
is used for serial printer connections. Sessions may be started only from a remote
host.
Show Telnet Listener [tcp-port ]
Note. The port advanced line commands correspond to the information on the Adv. Line tab
dialog box. For more information about the Adv. Line tab dialog box, refer to Configuring Port
Properties on the AWAN Access Server on page 8-20.
Note. Do not use this command for remote Telnet (6530 gateway) ports.
