Port Properties Commands
Enabled
is used to enable the Autoconnect feature.
Disabled
is used to disable the Autoconnect feature. This is the default value.
Port Properties Commands
Change Port Speed Command
Use this command to change the input and output speeds for a specified port.
port-list
specifies the physical port or ports on the AWAN access server. If this parameter is
omitted, the current port is assumed.
speed
is the input and output speed for the port. Valid values are 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200,
38400, 57600, and 115200. The default is 115200 for modem port module ports and
19200 for all other ports.
Change Port Parity Command
Use this command to change both the input and output parity for a specified port.
port-list
specifies the physical port or ports on the AWAN access server. If this parameter is
omitted, the current port is assumed.
ODD
is used to specify odd parity.
Note. The port properties commands correspond to the information on the Line tab dialog box.
For more information about the Line tab dialog box, refer to Step 2: Configuring Line Properties
on page 8-21.
Change Port [ port-list ] Speed speed
Note. When changing the current port, use the Change Port Speed command to change the
AWAN access server setting first and then change the terminal or emulator to match.
