Start button menu.
Installing the Software Utilities
To install the Software Utilities, perform the following steps:
1. Insert the Software Utilities floppy disk numbered 1 into your floppy drive (usually
called A or B).
2. Start the installation program:
•
Windows 3.11 or Windows NT 3.51: Start Windows and choose Run from the
File menu in the Program Manager (the main Windows menu). Type
a:\setup (or b:\setup) and then press the Enter key.
•
Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0: Start Windows and then start Explorer.
Double-click on the drive where you inserted the floppy disk; finally, double-
click on Setup.exe.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the Redirector application of your
choice. A message appears when the installation is complete.
For Windows 3.11 and Windows NT 3.51, the installation program creates a program
group called Software Utilities in the Program Manager. For Windows 95 and Windows
NT 4.0, the installation program creates a new item in the Start button menu called
Software Utilities. The Software Utilities program group or menu contains the
Redirector application that you installed.
