Modifying and Deleting Users
Deleting a Template
You can delete a template as long as no users are currently assigned to it. To delete a
template, perform the following steps:

You can modify or delete a user using the Checkpoint User List dialog box. Click User
List... on the Checkpoint Menu Selections dialog box. The Checkpoint User List dialog
box is displayed as shown in Figure 4-11.
Modifying a User
To modify a user, perform the following steps:

1. Choose a template to delete from the
Template & Description list box.
2. Click Delete. A confirmation window is displayed.
3. Click Ye s to delete the template.

1. Choose a user name to modify from the
list box.
2. Click Modify. The Modify User dialog box is displayed.
The Modify User dialog box is the same
as the Add User dialog box shown in
Figure 4-7 on page 4-7.
