The default time-value is 00:00:00 (midnight) of today's date. The default for
{day month | month day } year is today's date.
day
is an integer in the range 1 through 31.
month
is one of these:
JAN, FEB, MAR, APR, MAY, JUN, JUL, AUG, SEP, OCT,
NOV, DEC
year
is a 4-digit integer in the range 1900 through 2999.
hour
is a 2-digit integer in the range 00 through 23.
minute
is a 2-digit integer in the range 00 through 59.
second
is a 2-digit integer in the range 00 through 59.
EOF eof-conditional eof-number
selects a table partition based on its number of bytes.
