"Faxing or mailing the form, which is included as a separate file in Total Information Manager
(TIM) collections and located at the back of printed manuals. Our fax number and mailing address
are included on the form.

"Sending an e-mail message to the address included on the form. We'll immediately acknowledge
receipt of your message and send you a detailed response as soon as possible. Be sure to include
your name, company name, address, and phone number in your message. If your comments are
specific to a particular manual, also include the part number and title of the manual.
