Specifies the filename to which the Interface Repository (IR) object references are stored.

Specifies the name under which the Interface Repository Daemon (IRD) is registered in the Naming
Service.

form or as a name that can be resolved to an IP address.
port_number
The port number is the TCP/IP port number on which the Comm Server listens for requests.
