Application Migration Considerations
If you have developed applications using prior versions of NonStop DOM, NonStop JORB, or NonStop
CORBA 2.3 you should review the changes noted in this section to make your applications compatible
with NonStop CORBA 2.3 Update 3. The migration differs depending upon the release you currently
using.
Note
This product version of NonStop CORBA is referred to as Update 3. The last release of NonStop
CORBA was Update 1. The IPM released after Update 1 is referred to as Update 2. No documentation
changes were released with the IPM.
If you are moving from NonStop CORBA 2.3 Update 1 to NonStop CORBA 2.3 Update 3, you only
need to read Moving from NonStop CORBA 2.3 Update 1 to NonStop CORBA 2.3 Update 3.
If you are moving from NonStop CORBA 2.3 to NonStop CORBA 2.3 Update 3, you only need to read
