LIU Modifiers
HIGHPIN OFF
This modifier allows the CP6100 subsystem to function at either a low process
identification number (PIN) or a high PIN. The CP6100 subsystem defaults to running
at a high PIN if the CPU was configured for more than 256 PINs and the high PINs
have not already been assigned to other processes.
LIUCONFIGWn value
This modifier specifies a decimal offset that allows you to set a particular configuration
word. n specifies the configuration word. value is the value for the word being set.
(The word is generally set programmatically using the WRITEREAD SETCONFIG
command in CP6100.) For example, LIUCONFIGW10 3000 sets the value of the
eleventh word in the configuration block to 3000 (decimal).
This modifier is equivalent to the SCF ALTER, LIU, LIUCONFIGW01 command.
LOCALPOOLPAGES n
This modifier specifies the number of pages obtainable from the local pool. The default
value allows optimum resource use for most systems.
MAXLOCALAREA n
This modifier specifies the largest buffer obtainable from the local pool.
