File System Error Codes

124 Indicates that a line reset is in progress. An
application receiving an error 124 should retry the
operation.
When a path switch occurs in a vertical
configuration (where the twi paths to the CIU are on
the same CPU), error 124 is returned and the
application should retry the operation.
When a path switch occurs in a diagonal
configuration (where the 2 paths to the CIU are on
different CPUs) error 210 is returned and the
application should retry the operation.
Error 124 is also returned when a controller or CLIP
is powerfailed. In the event of a CLIP powerfail, a
download of the CLIP is done with three download
retries. If the download retry counts have been
exhausted (at least 2 minutes), the line will be
declared down and an error 66 will be returned
to all pending requests.

211 CPU Failure. *
230 CPU Power On. *
231 Controller power on, channel reset, or loss of *
contact with the 6100 subsystem cabinet. See
