COBOL 74
This section describes the COBOL 74 identifier classes and
provides a sample COBOL 74 program and its cross-reference
listing. It also describes the compiler attributes that might
appear in a cross-reference listing.
COBOL 74 IDENTIFIERS
The CROSSREF utility indexes COBOL 74 programs according to the
identifier classes listed in Table 6-1.
Table 6-1 also shows the the default settings for each identifier
class and what COBOL 74 data types correspond to each of these
classes.
