Chapter 19 - Incrementing Output

Output objects can be incremented. There are three methods of incrementing the
position of an output object.
Objectives
This chapter provides an overview of the three methods of incrementing the
position of an output object.
By completing the exercises for Chapter 19, you run maps that:
♦ Increment output objects using the INDEX function.
♦ Increment output objects using the
COUNT function.
♦ Increment output objects using the index value
[LAST].
