Chapter 9 - Links
This chapter describes the various types of links that can be viewed in a system
and the information that each type of link conveys.
What is a Link?
A link is a connection that the Integration Flow Designer (IFD) creates between
two components in a system definition file. An example follows.
Pseudo link
External link
Links represent the direction of data flow among the components of a system at
execution time. One of the linked components produces data and the other
component uses it as a source. Links graphically present the source and target
dependencies between system components.
