Chapter 11 - Deploying Systems
Using the Integration Flow Designer (IFD), you can create deploy scripts that
automate the process of preparing systems to run on specific servers. For
example, you can create a deploy script to build maps, generate system or
command files, and transfer files to a server that you designate.
This chapter describes how to use the deploy facility, including procedures for
creating, editing, and running deploy scripts for executable systems.
Using Deploy Scripts
Deploy scripts are only available for executable systems (systems with assigned
servers).
To access deploy scripts
1 Place the focus on an executable system in the system window.
2 Select System > Deploy > Definitions.
Note If deploy definitions already exist for the system, they will appear in the
submenu list.
