System Menu (Alt+S) 
The System menu contains commands that initiate actions for a selected system. 
Command Tool Key  Description 
New 
Alt+S, N Creates a new system and displays its window. 
Delete  none  Alt+S, D Deletes the active system. 
Copy none Alt+S, C Displays the Copy System dialog to copy the 
active system as a new system in the same or 
a different system definition file (.msd). 
Rename  none  Alt+S, R Displays the Rename System dialog to 
rename the active system. 
Build Maps 
Alt+S, B Builds all maps that are referenced by source 
map components and subsystem components 
contained in the active system window. 
Analyze  none  Alt+S, A Analyzes the active system. 
Generate none Alt+S, G Generates an Event Server system file (if the 
system’s execution mode is set to Event 
Server), or generates a command file for a 
Command Server (if the execution mode is set 
to Command). 
Deploy  none  none  Displays a submenu for defining deploy scripts. 
Selecting Definitions from the submenu 
displays the Define Deploy Scripts dialog to 
manage deploy scripts for the active system. 
Selecting a specific deploy script name from 
the submenu runs the selected deploy script. 
Unresolved 
Settings 
none  Alt+S, U Processes unresolved settings for the active 
system definition file.
