Source Map Components
A source map component references an executable map that is defined in a map
source file. You can add map components to single-server systems only. Single-
server systems run on one server rather than multiple servers and cannot have a
distributed server assigned.
A distributed system consists of subsystems that are assigned to run on different
servers.
Note Refer to Chapter 8 - Servers and Execution Modes for more information about
servers and execution modes.
To add a source map component to a system
1 In the system window, place the focus on a system to add a source map
component to.
2 From the toolbox, click (Add Source Map).
3 Click on the location in the system window where you want to position the
map.
The Add Source Map(s) dialog appears.
