Because maps executed with a Command Server can only override those 
MapSettings that have corresponding execution commands, some MapSettings

MapDelay 
The MapDelay setting defines the amount of time in milliseconds that the Event 
Server waits, after all event triggers are satisfied, before running the map. The 
default value for the MapDelay setting is 0.
