Category Type (-N)

Specify the name of the category type from which the types defining the table or

query will stem.

-N

Tree Script File (-O)

Specify the name of the tree script file (.mts) to be generated by mtsmaker and

used by the Type Tree Maker to create the type tree.

-O

mts_file_name

Password (-P)

Specify the password used to connect to the data source. This parameter is

required if it is necessary for your database security environment; otherwise, it is

optional.

-P password

Query Name (-Q)

Specify the name of the query in the .mdq file for which you want to generate the

tree script (.mts).
