BinaryDatetime
The BinaryDatetime command defines a binary date & time item.
Components of BinaryDatetime
The following group window displays the components of the BinaryDatetime
command.
In addition to its Presentation attribute (PACKED or BCD) and its
BinaryDateTimeFormatString element, the BinaryDatetime command can
have either ValueRestrictions or RangeRestrictions command.
