Packaged Example Enhancements 
There is a new front-end user interface for the examples and it can be accessed 
through the Start menu. For example, Start > Programs > Mercator 6.7 > 
Design Studio. 
The examples included with the Design Studio, Mercator Integration Broker, and 
the Software Development Kit Version 6.7 have been restructured. The directory 
structure is no longer laid out using product names, but rather grouped by 
function or product category. 
The EDI, SAP/R3, and Swift examples have been removed and are now 
incorporated into their associated separate integration packages. 
The following new examples have been added: 
•  Implementation of the 
RUN function in a dispatch map scenario 
•  Utilization of an output card that uses a sink target 
•  Using the Resource Registry and resource aliases within map input and/or 
output cards 
•  Demonstration of a Command Server-based system in the IFD 
•  Demonstration of a Event Server-based system in the IFD 
Note  The example executables and data file names have been changed to all lowercase 
and, in some cases, renamed. 
Launching Database Interface Designer from IFD 
The Database Interface Designer can now be launched from within the Integration 
Flow Designer. 
A database/query file associated with a given database source or target in an IFD 
system diagram, can now be opened in the DID.
