$SYSTEM.DLSOURCE.MAKE is the subvolume into which DataLoader/MP was
installed.
BA indicates that the users exits in exitsobjfile should be bound with the contents
of old-DATALOAD, replacing the user exits in old-DATALOAD with those from
exitsobjfile, producing a new object file that should be accelerated.
old-DATALOAD is the unmodified version object file.
myobject is the object file with your custom exits.
mydataload is the new object file to be created.
