ADD GROUP

Considerations
Groups need not have any members when they are originally defined using the
ADD GROUP command.
You can add a group to be included in a parent group either by specifying the
GROUPS attribute in the ADD GROUP command, as defined above, or by altering
the parent group to include the other. The command ADD GROUP G, GROUPS
(G1, G2) is equivalent to:
RESET GROUP GROUPS
ADD GROUP G
ALTER GROUP G1, MEMBERS + G
ALTER GROUP G2, MEMBERS + G
