ADD SSMANAGER The ADD SSMANAGER command defines a subsystem manager to DNS. For more
information about using the ADD command, see “Notes About ADD Commands” at
the beginning of this section.
ADD [ SSMANAGER ] manager [ LIKE a manager [ at-part ] ]
[ , parameter ] ...
where at-part is:
AT { \ system | name manager }
SSMANAGER
may be omitted if the default object is SSMANAGER.
manager
is the name of the manager being added. This must be a Guardian 90 disk file or
process name. If partially qualified, manager is expanded using the specifications
defined by the last NAMESYS and NAMEVOL commands.
a manager
the name of a subsystem manager whose creation values are to be used,
overriding those of previous SET SSMANAGER commands.
{ \ system | name manager }
is a system or name manager where manager is defined. If omitted, the current
name manager is assumed.
\ system is a Guardian 90 system name. It designates a node other than the
current system for processing the command. name manager designates a
configuration other than the current one.
parameter
is one of the following:
ALIASES [ + | - ] { alias-spec }
{ ( alias-spec [, alias-spec ]...) }
Specifies the aliases to be defined for manager name .
+
indicates that the listed alias specifications should be added to those
specified in previous SET SSMANAGER ALIASES commands.
