COMPOSITETYPE
The LIST COMPOSITETYPE command provides a list of a specific set of composite
type names.

file name
is a Guardian 90 file name to which the list output may optionally be directed. If
omitted, the list is written to the current DNSCOM OUT file.
COMPOSITETYPE
restricts listed information to only the composite type having the name
composite type
. If omitted, other names in the DNS database that are identical
to
composite type
are also included in the listing.
composite type
is the name of a composite type for which information is to be listed. This form of
the command simply forwards the specified composite type name to the list file,
followed by its type: COMPOSITETYPE. This is only the case if
composite type
exists in the command name manager’s database. If it does not, an error message
is issued.
COMPOSITETYPE *
means that all composite types in the command name manager’s database are to
be included for listing.

indicates a system or name manager where the command is to be executed. If
omitted, the current name manager is assumed.

system
is a Guardian 90 system name. It designates a node other than the
current system for processing the command.
name manager
designates a
configuration other than the current one.
