Error 42 ERROR 42 - DNSCOM/DNSMGR Incompatibility - Buffer Size Error
The version of the name manager requires a larger response buffer than that supplied
by DNSCOM.
Error 44 ERROR 44 - Name Manager Buffer Allocation Failure
The name manager is unable to allocate a buffer from one of its internal pools.
Error 45 ERROR 45 - Specified SSMANAGER Does Not Support this SUBSYSTEM

An ADD SSOBJECT command failed because the subsystem (SS) defining the specified
TYPE was not found in the specified manager ’s subsystems list.
Error 46 ERROR 46 - Too Many SSTYPES
An ALTER or SET ALIASTYPE command is rejected because it would have resulted in
more than 128 subsystem-object types.
Warning 47 WARNING 47 - Already Copied - name
A local copy of the indicated name that can be updated already exists.
Warning 48 WARNING 48 - Duplicate Member - name
In response to a SET GROUP command, the indicated name is already in the members
list.
In response to an ALTER GROUP command, the indicated name is already a member
of the specified group.
