DNSCOM Error Messages

Error 1029 ERROR 1029 - Process isn't a DNS Name Manager - process name
This error is returned because the one of the following applies to the indicated process:
It does not accept WRITEREAD requests.
It returned a malformed SPI buffer in response to a GETVERSION SPI command.
It returned an SPI buffer owned by a subsystem other than DNS.
Error 1030 ERROR 1030 - Only Allowed in DEFINITION MODE
The requested command is only allowed in definition mode, and the current definition
mode setting is OFF.
Error 1031 ERROR 1031 - Name Not Legal For dnstype - name
The indicated name is not legal for the indicated DNS type.
Error 1032 ERROR 1032 - BEGINTRANSACTION Error: error
The BEGINTRANSACTION procedure returned the indicated error.
Error 1033 ERROR 1033 - ENDTRANSACTION Error: error
The ENDTRANSACTION procedure returned the indicated error.
Error 1034 ERROR 1034 - Ambiguous Name - name
The indicated name is not qualified sufficiently to allow DNSCOM to identify it
uniquely.
Error 1035 ERROR 1035 - DNS Name Manager not Running - manager name
DNSCOM is unable to open the name manager because the indicated name manager is
not currently running.
