Tokens in All Event Messages
Event Messages

ZDNS-TKN-EVT-GENERATOR
is assigned one of the following values, indicating which DNS process generated
the message:
ZDNS-VAL-GEN-DNSCOM 0
ZDNS-VAL-GEN-DNSMGR 1
ZDNS-VAL-GEN-DNSEXP 2
ZDNS-TKN-EVT-SEVERITY
is assigned one of the following values:
ZDNS-VAL-SEVERITY-STATUS 0 (status message)
ZDNS-VAL-SEVERITY-ATTN 1 (attention message)
ZDNS-VAL-SEVERITY-WARNING 2 (warning message)
ZDNS-VAL-SEVERITY-ERROR 3 (serious error)
ZDNS-VAL-SEVERITY-FATAL 4 (fatal error)
Fatal errors always cause the process generating the event message to call ends
abnormally.
ZDNS-TKN-PROCESSNAME
contains the process ID of the process generating the event message. The process
ID is always in network form, and the token may be designated as a subject in an
event message. If the process is running in a high PIN, the process-pair form is
used.
ZEMS-TKN-SUBJECT-MARK
always immediately precedes the subject token of an event message. For more
information on the subject token, refer to the Event Management Service (EMS)
Manual.
ZDNS-TKN-SUBJECT
is always assigned as the subject of a DNS event message. Additional subject
tokens may also be designated depending on the value of ZDNS-TKN-SUBJECT.
These additional subject token values are listed below.
ZDNS-VAL-SUB-DNS
The event message pertains to the DNS subsystem as a whole. No additional
subject tokens exist.
ZDNS-VAL-SUB-DNSMGR
The event message pertains to the name manager process. The ZDNS-TKN-
PROCESSNAME token is also designated as an event subject.
ZDNS-VAL-SUB-DNSEXP
The event message pertains to the name-exporter process.
