What Happens
Unless the takeover occurred as a result of a CPU failure, an attempt to create a new
backup is made after a 30-second delay.
In the case of CPU failure, a new backup is created 30 seconds after receipt of a CPU
RELOADED system message by the (new) primary process.
Recommended Action
If the takeover cause was “Primary abended,” you should investigate the event log
further to determine why.
