The most likely cause of this message is that an obsolete code file is specified as the
DNS-MANAGER PROGRAM.
If it is verified that the code file is correct, the most likely cause of the error is a
corrupted DNS configuration file, which can be rebuilt using the DNSCONFONLY
option of the INITIALIZE DNS command.
